A well written story

Reading is another great healer and it is proven to lower blood pressure and release good endorphins in the brain. A well-written and engaging story is underrated and this really helped me, or rather my brain to recover its memory functions quickly when I had meningitis. It’s impossible to feel stress and relaxation at the same time. The quality of sleep I experience after reading compared to watching TV is notably different.
