It took me years to work out. I had no energy and little desire to do it. I don’t like gyms, but I found that classes helped me to feel encouraged. 'Class Pass' is a great app because it means that I can try out different things without committing to a long- term membership. I can plan one class a week and cancel if things come up. I now do spinning, pilates, yoga, high intensity workouts and even boxing which keeps things varied and interesting.
